Hi! I'm Candace.

I built Maximum Salon Suites because I kept meeting stylists who were ready to run their own business and could not find a space that made it easy. Either the rent swallowed the plan, or the room needed six thousand dollars of work before anyone could sit in the chair.

So I built the version I wished existed. Five suites. Finished before you sign. A landlord who actually answers.

WHY WE BUILT IT

The math stopped making sense.

Anyone who has worked a commission chair knows the arithmetic. You build the book. You buy the product. You stay late for the client who ran late. And a share of it goes somewhere else every two weeks.

Going independent fixes that — but it usually means a lease, a build-out, plumbing, permits, and a year of your life before you take a single client.

Maximum Salon Suites is the middle. The room is built. The plumbing is run. The chair is in it. You sign, you move in, and the money you make is yours.

What you can expect from us.

We tell you the number. One flat weekly rate. No commission, no product cut, no surprise line items.

We stay out of your business. Your hours, your prices, your product lines, your booking system, your policies. We don't set your schedule and we don't send you clients we've decided you should take.

We fix things. Plumbing, heat, laundry, the front door in February. That's ours, not yours.

We promote you. When you move in, you go on our website and our socials, tagged and linked to your own booking. Your clients should be able to find you from anywhere.

We keep it small. Five suites. You'll know everyone here, and we'll know you.

The building

Exposed beams and tall windows on the inside. On the outside, parking out front, easy in and out, and minutes from Ridge Road and 390 — which matters more than people think when a client is deciding whether to keep the appointment.

Shared laundry and a break room, both included. Clean, quiet, well lit, and locked.
